the front desk staff was helpful with directions. the room deco had a rustic touch! i found the metro station close.
the air conditioning was a little noisy, but this was a very minor issue.

i liked the provided breakfast a lot. it included many food options. the reception staff gave lots of detailed instructions. i also noticed that the location is good, as it is just outside the city centre, with a metro stop just outside.

The staff was friendly at check in. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. I liked the natural materials used throughout the room. The hotel is close to Prater park and the subway station. It made getting around very easy. The staff cleaned the room daily. I greatly appreciated that.
